  • Community volunteers are needed for next school year to share about your career with a small group of our students during the school' lunch time.  We;ll even spring for your lunch in appreciation!  A list of "starter" questions would be provided, and the students would ask additional questions or just visit about their interest in your career.  Please contact Mrs. Theis at ctheis@usd254.org if you would be willing to volunteer for this piece of our students' career education.  (You might as well volunteer since you know if you don't, she'll be contacting you directly -- and who can say "no" to someone who does as much for our students as Mrs. Theis??)
  • Pool passes -- The need for ML pool passes was much greater than expected.  If anyone would be willing to donate $15 to provide a student a pool pass for the summer, please send a check to the MLJSHS Love Fund.  THANK YOU for considering this request.
  • Parents of seniors who received scholarships -- Please remind your graduates to write their thank you notes!
